A high impact, high calorie burn class. Designed to suit all levels of fitness, from beginner to expert.

Using Punching and Kicking combined with Cardio and Strength building exercises, our Fighting Fit Class is a great workout for everyone.

This class focuses on fitness rather than self defence.

Not at all. You’ll find that our classes are designed to be the perfect way to build up your overall fitness level regardless of your physical condition. Good luck!
There is no upper age limit, however the minimum age for this class is 16.
No! You will need to bring water and possibly a towel with you, but that's it. Some members prefer to buy their own focus pads and mitts rather than use ours, but that is entirely up to you.
NO! This is a fitness and cardio class that incorporates punching and kicking. We are not Boxercise instructors, Hoshi Fighting Fit is our interpretation of a boxing style fitness class.
